An attic that vents its heat keeps upstairs rooms cooler and takes load off the air conditioner in summer. A failed or noisy attic fan can usually be replaced in a single visit.

When you need a licensed electrician
New circuits, new wiring runs, panel work, and anything requiring an electrical permit go to a licensed electrician. Peoria and some other towns license electrical contractors, so we keep our electrical work to replacements on existing wiring.
