Most failures in a new floor come from what's underneath. We check the subfloor for flat and squeaks first, then lay the floor and reinstall or replace baseboards and shoe molding.

Do you remove the old flooring?
Yes. Carpet, vinyl, and laminate removal and haul-away are part of the quote.
Can new flooring go over the old floor?
Sometimes. Vinyl plank can often float over a flat existing floor. We'll check and tell you which is better for your room.
