How it's done
Protect the room
Furniture moved or covered, and floors and walls sealed off in plastic.
Remove and smooth
The texture is wetted and scraped, then the ceiling is skim-coated and sanded smooth.
Prime and paint
Primed and painted, with all debris bagged and hauled away.
